Online Return Policy: 

Shoes & Clothing -

Notify the store within 3 days of receiving shipment.

ALL SHOES must be UNWORN/UNALTERED/UNDAMAGED and returned within SEVEN (7) Days with original receipt, and in original box. 

ALL CLOTHING must be unworn with the original tags attached. 

UNWORN policy is at the sole discretion of Sole Queen.

The shipping cost to return the purchase is the customer's responsibility.
